Every vehicle shows its price up front. That price is what you pay, plus a tip if you want to give one.
You get the captain's name, photo and number plate. Tell them your 4-digit ride code once you've checked the plate.
Cash, or tap Pay by UPI and the app opens your UPI app with the captain's own UPI ID. The money never passes through WIT.
The same rate card for everyone, at every hour. Distance is worked out when you book and the fare is fixed from then on.

Waiting is charged per minute after the first 5 free minutes. Tolls and parking, if any, are paid at actuals.
The trip only starts when the captain enters the code you give them.
Licence, vehicle papers and a photo are checked by our team before a captain can go online.
Send a live tracking link to anyone. It stops working after the trip ends.
One button calls 112 and alerts the WIT safety team and your emergency contact with your location.
